Wendy Bjork has been dealing with Multiple Sclerosis since she was 17, diagnosed at 22. (back in 1992). After years of experiencing all different levels of exacerbations and permanent damage to her nervous system, her neurologist was suggesting a walker then a wheel chair would be in her future. She decided to get to the root cause of what causes inflammation in our bodies and why she felt awful day after day and began a journey to healing holistically. After a lot of reading, research, classes, workshops and coaches, she realized the benefits of a lifestyle reset of her four pillars which work together: Mindset, Body, Relationships and Environment. She could tell she was slowly feeling better from this reset. There isn’t a cure for MS, but taking what seems like simple steps now all had a positive effect. She can think clearly, she doesn’t feel like going back to bed at 10 am any longer, and her headaches have significantly decreased.
“A diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis is not a death sentence and there are ways to manage it holistically. They ways aren’t difficult but take determination.”
